Christie is an Australian illustrator, surface pattern designer, and author of children’s picture books. She creates from her home studio in the lush Dandenong Ranges, Australia, drawing inspiration from her surroundings. Her work combines traditional drawing methods with digital techniques to create bespoke illustrations and patterns that showcase the beauty of nature in a vibrant, contemporary style. Christie has been professionally designing for over 12 years, with her artwork featured on a wide range of products, including fabric, gifts, homewares, apparel, greeting cards, books, and more. Her artwork has been showcased in books and magazines worldwide and can be found on a range of items from retailers across Australia. When she’s not drawing she loves spending time reading, exploring nature, and seeing what’s flowering in the local gardens.
